You will be staying in the Dresden Old Town, very close to the Großer Garten park. The Rudolf Harbig Stadium is not far from the apartment, and the nearby tram stop provides easy access to Dresden's Old Town center.
The studio apartment has a free parking space directly in the courtyard of the complex.
